Update: I drove in and saw Kimber who was able to accommodate my needs and take us in. She wasn't able to get to the phone because she was all alone and wanted to give her full attention to her client in the chair. I can absolutely respect that. This was never mentioned or brought up, but I could tell her passion was deeply involved in making sure the children get taken care of first, and get them in and out of the chair quickly to avoid any unwanted feelings from the children. She got me in and out within about 10 minutes and did a fantastic job, had great suggestions for local areas to check out & was super friendly. Give them a go! But I 100% recommend making an appointment through the website. Original: Doesn't answer the phone. Called 4 times with 15 minutes gaps between.

I took both of my kids here for the first time today and was very happy with the whole experience. Friendly staff, good haircuts and reasonable prices. They had a nice little play area where we could wait out of the way and they provided a first haircut certificate for my daughter. We will definitely be back!

I have been going to jack and Jill’s for about a year now. They have been doing my son’s hair cuts and he is almost 3! Luke is so amazing with kids and so nice! I love their salon and will definitely keep going! Today they cut my sons hair so perfect and a younger gal who was working did his twin sisters hair in cute ribbons just because she had time and she offered. They’re the best!

We came in because they were recommended to us by other parents of children with down syndrome and she was absolutely AMAZING! Leah. She worked with us to cut his hair back to the way it was when he was born despite not being able to hold his head up. She was kind, patient, attentive. We recommend anyone with a down syndrome child to go see her. Heck, anyone with a disabled child. She is amazing. She's taken care of quite a of other disabled children! We will keep going back to her.

My daughter had her very long thick wavy hair cut here the other day by Kimber. I am so thankful to her not only for the haircut but also the products she recommended (detangler spray and Dessata brush). This has taken our nightly shower and combing routing from an tear filled hour long process to about 20 minutes including washing with zero tears. It’s a dream come true. If you have a curly haired kid or problems with tangles go see Kimber she can help you! I’ve never met a stylist who understands curly/wavy hair as well as this stylist.
